The Hide – Show

It has been a busy week , kicking off with a visit to the NEC , Birmingham to have a look around the Photography and video show and whilst there i meet up with Thomas Orrin and his father Mark for a little bit of window shopping. In a rather strange twist my wish list is currently empty and despite all the lovely products on sale ,  my only purchase was a coffee !

Tuesday was a full day at the hide , and i managed another full day on Friday . And Wednesday marked 5 years since i purchased my pair of Canon R5 bodies , a lockdown ( remember the lockdown ) purchase.

It has also been a very busy and hectic week in the garden , with lots of hedgehog activity and a rather brave and inquisitive fox who approached to within a few metres of me. In fact i. Haven’t been that close to a fox since Peanuts days which was around the same time as lockdown ! We have also had a blackcap in the garden for the first time !

Anyway the hide has been a little hit and miss this week with long periods of inactivity. All the usual suspects have made an appearance and the Tawny owl is still hanging around , somewhere out of sight.
