THE HIDE – TRUST

The Hide , Friday 17th January 2025

I have exciting news this week. I had a meeting with the nice people at Wiltshire Wildlife Trust at their offices Devizes . (Thank you Ali , Rebecca and Emma ) Wildonline will be following the trusts work over the next 12 months . Wiltshire Wildlife Trust was founded in 1962 and now manages 39 nature reserves in Wiltshire. Their vision , a sustainable future for wildlife and people.

Right then , back to the hide and our visitors today. All the usual suspects were present today , the weather has been a little warmer and there was certainly a lot more activity at the feeders and ponds. Star of the show today had to be the Robin’s.there were at least six individuals on show. Also in good numbers the humble Blackbird , a firm favourite of mine. I just love the way they hop around and always look so angry.
