The Hide , Tuesday 11th April 2023

Another wet day here at the Meadow Hide , and once again the weather has impacted on the wildlife watching. It’s quiet with only a few visitors. However , quantity or lack of it has no effect on quality and I witnessed our newest locals the Jackdaws coming and going collecting bedding material from around the pond. Hopefully we might have young this year.

The Woodpecker was also busy , in and out , raiding the feeders all day.

And the wildlife adventure doesn’t just stop at the Hide , tonight I’m off to watch Gordon Buchanan’s 30 Years In The Wild , The Anniversary Tour 2023 . Hopefully it will be an entertaining and enjoyable evening !
