Couldn’t agree more , the context is just as important as the subject , a lot of the images aren’t cropped , I use an 800mm lens . But I take on board your advice.
You are so fortunate in the variety of wildlife that you are able to watch In New Zealand we are blessed with incredible natural surrounds but the local fauna is very restricted And this is probably the one thing I regret after moving to rural NZ50 years ago
I have just spent 4 weeks in Canada , amazing views but very hard to find wildlife , so it sounds very similar to New Zealand. I guess we all have to appreciate the positives. Thank you for your kind words
