The New Fox

Three nights ago I had an amazing encounter with a young vixen who didn’t seem at all fazed seeing me on my drive. We spent what seemed like ages in a calm standoff just watching each other from a safe distance. 

For the last few nights we have repeated the experience , this young fox seems very calm and relaxed and has ventured closer each time . Responsibility and here welfare are my prime concerns and I certainly don’t want her coming any closer than the three metre distance , she isn’t a pet , simply a wild animal and I certainly don’t want to change that , for her sake . But it’s fascinating to be this close to a wild animal.

Still no picture , it’s not about that but I’m just enjoying a magical experience.
