THE BOY’S ARE BACK IN TOWN

Weekend Wildlife 26th February 2022

Another rather glorious day here at the meadow hide , blue sky and a light wind . And one of my favourite models has reappeared, the Brown Rat. Not everyones cup of tea i know but they proved to be willing subjects last year and if i’m being totally honest , i really have missed them.

Its been a quiet day , with no birds of prey and no squirrels. here’s a few more images…….

Fantastic captures but I love the little rat. Our woodrats seem to have disappeared this winter and I am sad…😥
