Despite our best efforts , GG lost his battle with mange and passed away last night.
There was always a chance the treatment might be to much for him or we may have simply been to late. Anne had been to see him Saturday and all seemed well.
He was definitely a sweet , gentle fox who had been visiting with his sister for months. He may have been a wild animal but I still feel guilty we couldn’t help him.

Oh no. That poor darling boy. I’m so very, very sorry. I was so hoping he would be returned your garden….
I guess the consolation is we know he is no longer suffering. Thank you for being willing to help animal kind.
